Welcome to the American Gymnastics Booster Club (AGIBC) Fundraising Site.  This site is a portal for AGIBC parents to see upcoming fundraising opportunites which can help offset certain costs associated with being on a competitive gymnastics team.

The largest fundraising program for AGIBC is staffing concession stands at the Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Music Theater, and Meadow Brook Music Theater.  Even with the fundraising being 100% voluntary, AGIBC members have continued to make this is very succussful fundraiser and continues to grow each year.  What is exactly is involved with working the concession stand?  Each event start time to end time varies but usually last 5 -6 hours.  AGIBC staffs the concenssion stand and prepares the food, drink, and services the partons.

Key area of the website include:
1.  Fundraising Schedule - lists all upcoming Palace of Auburn Hills & DTE Music Theater concession opportunities.  This list is constantly updated and is the central
 communication hub for new and currently assigned events and locations; number of people required; volunteers assigned; and alternative voluneteers identified.
2.  Explanation of Terms - explains the terminology that is used on the Fundraising Schedule.
3.  Maps - maps of stand locations, parking, etc.
4.  Policies & Rules - policies & rules for every volunteer regarding appearance, dress, alcohol serving, etc.  Every volunteer should read and become familar with the Policies and Rules section before volunteering to work.
